Last updated 1 October 2026This policy explains how Aiva delivers orders within the UAE, across the GCC and internationally, including timings, costs and responsibilities.
Processing time
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Abayas cut to a custom length are made to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Orders placed on Fridays, public holidays or after 4pm UAE time are processed on the next working day.
Delivery within the UAE
Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days after dispatch and costs AED 25, or is free on orders over AED 300. Express delivery arrives the next working day after dispatch for AED 35 and is available in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi city.
GCC and international delivery
We deliver to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and selected international destinations. Delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. GCC orders typically arrive within 3–6 working days and international orders within 5–10 working days.
Customs, duties and taxes
UAE prices include VAT. Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. Where possible these are shown and collected at checkout; otherwise they are payable by the recipient on delivery.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp. You can also follow its progress on our Track order page using your order number.
Failed or delayed deliveries
Our courier will attempt delivery up to two times and contact you to rearrange. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather or customs checks.
Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If an item is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
