Last updated 1 October 2026You can ask Aiva to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how.

What can be deleted
Your account, saved addresses, measurements, wishlist, marketing preferences and chat history with Aiva AI.

How to request deletion
Email hello@aiva.ae from the address linked to your account, or raise a ticket with Aiva AI, with the subject Data deletion request.

Verification
To protect your account we may ask you to confirm your identity, for example with a recent order number, before we delete anything.

Timeline
We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once your data has been removed.

What we must keep
Order and payment records required for tax, accounting or legal purposes are kept for the period required by UAE law, then deleted.
