About these terms
These terms apply to all orders placed through aiva.ae. We may update them from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies.
Products and sizing
We make every effort to display colours, embroidery and measurements accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and handcrafted finishing. Please use our size guide before ordering a custom length.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurs or we suspect fraud, in which case you will receive a full refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your selected currency for convenience and charged in UAE dirhams (AED), inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara and cash on delivery within the UAE.
Promotions and free items
Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated and may be withdrawn at any time. Complimentary items offered with an abaya have no cash value and are subject to availability.
Intellectual property
All designs, embroidery patterns, images and content on this website belong to Aiva and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
