Withdraw from contract
Changed your mind? You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
- 1Tell us what you're withdrawing
Your name, the email for your confirmation, the order number, and whether it's the whole order or some pieces.
- 2Confirm
Check your statement and press Confirm withdrawal. We email you a copy straight away, with the date and time we received it.
- 3Send the pieces back
We'll email you how to return them. Send them within 14 days, and we refund you within 14 days of receiving them, or proof you've sent them, as our Returns & refunds policy explains.
Final sale pieces can be withdrawn only where the law gives you this right: the UK, the EU and the EEA. Everywhere else, our 14-day returns policy applies.
